The location was great, very convenient for exploring the city and close to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.- The room was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay.
The noise level was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The wifi connection was unreliable and limited in terms of usage.

The location couldn’t be more perfect with it being right in the centre of everything! It’s in an alley with lots of greenery and almost on the market. so convenient! The staff here really try their best to make you happy and the service is excellent. They offer dry cleaning and laundry services and the room amenities include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The terrace is also a great spot to hang out and relax!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the medina. The location was perfect, tucked away in a small side street filled with greenery, giving it a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, and my room was comfortable and had a lovely terrace to relax on. The bathrooms were clean and had a nice design. The breakfast served was delicious and included in the price, offering a wide selection of tasty options.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.
